Fear

fear2Fear is one of the biggest obstacles on our path. Until we become fully realized beings, it will probably be more or less governing our lives. It’s energy that is seemingly protecting us, but if we actually discriminate against it, we will see that is only making us more insecure.

There are tons and tons of different fears in the world, basically if there is something that exists, you can count on being able to find at least one person which is afraid of it. Public speaking, spiders, snakes, change, open spaces… you name it we have it. Actually, all those fears lead to one main fear, and that is the fear of dying. Of course, the only thing that is actually afraid of “dying”, is our ego, but until we actually realize this it’s all hearsay and mental concept which is of no use to us.

There is only one way to address fear, and that is to simply face it. Challenge it and see what the worst thing that can happen is. This of course is so uncomfortable and appears to be dangerous, that most of us really loose the interest of challenging any fear, let alone fear of dying. Letting go of our fears can be done, and on our path it is a necessary step, but the one that we will take only when we are ready.

Even now there are number of testimonials of dying experiences, called Near Death Experiences (NDE) of which for me personally the best one is from Anita Moorjani. Her book “Dying to be Me” is highly recommended for anyone facing life fears and terminal illnesses. Anita Moorjani relates how, after fighting cancer for almost four years, her body began shutting down—overwhelmed by the malignant cells spreading throughout her system. As her organs failed, she entered into an extraordinary near-death experience where she realized her inherent worth . . . and the actual cause of her disease. Upon regaining consciousness, Anita found that her condition had improved so rapidly that she was released from the hospital within weeks—without a trace of cancer in her body!

The main message of the book is love life and have no fear.

Think about it, what would you be able to do if you had no fear?

Well, one way to start working on this is to find your inner purpose, align yourself with it, be ready to take actions from that position, and then watch Universe conspire to make everything appear effortlessly for you and your long-term benefit.

The other way is having a guided course, like the one I recommend at http://www.changewithlove.com/RTLove
