What is Reiki Energy Healing?

What is Reiki Energy Healing

As adults, we are often looking for the perfect words to explain or describe something and usually we make the simplest things so complicated. So my definition of Reiki is very simple: Reiki is ‘healing with love”.

The meaning of the word Reiki comes from two Japanese words “Rei” which means “Universal Life” and “Ki” which means “life force energy”.

Reiki is a natural, simple, intelligent and safe method of spiritual healing which treats the whole person including spirit, emotions, mind and body. But you must know that Reiki isn’t a magic formula which will erase all you problems at once!

Reiki gives you the energy to help you but it’s up to you to help yourself. If you subconsciously don’t want to heal or to solve whatever is troubling you nothing can help, not even Reiki.

I like to say that Reiki is an “intelligent energy” because it has a natural ability to go where the harmony was lost and it will heal things that must be healed and not what you think you know it should heal, because Reiki heals the source of the problem and not the symptoms right the way so you must be patient.

Reiki is a tool but not a cure for a disease or illness and it helps your body to create an environment to facilitate and accelerate healing because it works ONLY for the highest good.

We are all believers of some kind and you should know that Reiki isn’t affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice and you don’t have to believe in anything in order to use and learn Reiki.

This beautiful loving energy will bring you many beneficial effects including health, feelings of peace, harmony and well-being so I invite you with open heart to join me in this journey of love and wholeness.

Reiki can be used both on the issues related with the body, but as well issues related with the mind.
